So we didn't get our remaining money back. We were threatened with the police and we should complain about Mr. Lardi if we wanted to. He was probably very sure of his cause because he laughed scornfully when he said this sentence. That was three years ago, but since then I haven't visited the Burger King in Öhringen! Because whoever is a regular customer does not deserve it! If I ever had a complaint at McDonald's, it was put out of the world without any problems and you got a small portion of french fries for free. That's how it has to be, thank you, dear McDonald's.
